I first tried The Potato Farm's Jaga Pokkuru during my trip to Hokkaido. The northernmost, second largest and least developed of Japan's four main islands produces most of Japan's dairy products and its Shiroi Koibito is popular with Japanese and tourists alike. It is surrounded by sea and known for its seafood such as abalone, king crabs and scallops. Its produces like corn, melon and potato among others are highly sought after due to its climate – harsh winter with lots of snowfall for like half the year coupled with summer which is not as hot and humid as other parts of Japan. Managed to grab the last box of 10 packs as it was only available in Hokkaido then but during my last trip to Osaka, saw and bought at Kansai International Airport (you can also get it at Narita International Airport).
